4. Shipping Costs

From time to time, Govemio may offer free shipping promotions. Such promotions are subject to change without notice.

5. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Some shipments may be sent using logistics partners that transfer packages between multiple carriers before final delivery.

6. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Govemio cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
